1. Telecaller (Education Counselling)

Location: Mohali (On-site) | Type: Full-time

We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to engage with prospective students, explain our courses, and guide them through the admissions process. The ideal candidate will have a friendly attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping students achieve their learning goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with leads from online and offline sources, provide accurate course information and assist with admissions, maintain lead records using CRM or Excel, coordinate with marketing and counselling teams, and achieve weekly and monthly conversion targets.

Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi, 6 months–2 years of experience in telesales, counselling, or education calling, confident and result-oriented approach, and basic computer and MS Office skills.

2. Marketing Executive

Location: Mohali (Field + Office Work) | Type: Full-time

We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Executive to promote our brand, attract new students, and manage local marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fieldwork, student interactions, and creating innovative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, visit schools, colleges, and local institutions for partnerships and promotions, manage social media pages and assist in content planning, support admissions through lead generation activities, and report campaign performance and feedback.

Requirements:
Graduate in Marketing, Communication, or related field, 1–3 years of experience in marketing or student outreach preferred, excellent communication and presentation skills, energetic and organized mindset, and willingness to travel in Mohali/Chandigarh region.
